Who we are

Negotiation Partners specialize in navigating the intersection of finance, sustainability, and negotiation to help clients resolve high-stakes, complex challenges. With over three years of experience working alongside local governments, financial institutions, and real estate investors, our practice is built on a foundation of Harvard-trained expertise in economics, government, and negotiation.

Our approach combines analytical rigor with innovative problem-solving, honed through hands-on experience in tax credit investments, and leadership roles in groundbreaking projects at the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School. We are committed to achieving solutions beyond resolving disputes—fostering growth, driving sustainable outcomes, and creating lasting impact.

In today’s fast-changing world, where financial and social goals are deeply interconnected, Negotiation Partners International offers a distinctive brand of mediation. From guiding investors through intricate exit strategies to advising on community-focused development projects and sustainability initiatives, we help clients achieve results that balance financial priorities with meaningful social and environmental outcomes.

How We Deliver Results

At Negotiation Partners International, we believe that successful outcomes are built on three pillars: strategic insight, principled problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to lasting impact. Each engagement is uniquely tailored to address the complexity of the dispute and the broader implications for all stakeholders involved.

Our process begins with a deep dive into the financial, social, and operational dynamics at play. Whether it’s reconciling competing investment priorities, navigating disputes involving public-private partnerships, or mediating complex family-led business conflicts, our approach ensures no angle is overlooked.

We leverage cutting-edge negotiation frameworks, proven mediation techniques, and a keen understanding of cross-sector dynamics to uncover creative, win-win solutions. Our role extends beyond resolving immediate conflicts; we position our clients for long-term success by fostering trust, protecting relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes that align with their values.
